The WetGo Unlimited Car Wash Terms

Welcome to the WetGo Unlimited Car Wash program (the “Program”). We make it easy to keep your vehicle looking great, your way. The WetGo Unlimited Car Wash program is a subscription services that bills you monthly for unlimited car washes for your vehicle. Just sign up at GetGoCafe.com/Unlimited, visit a participating WetGo location with your enrollment email and we will affix the RFID tag to your windshield.

Signing Up. It’s quick and easy to sign up for a Subscription! First, access GetGoCafe.com/Unlimited, complete the application to create an account (“Account”), and pick the car wash service plan (“Plan”) that’s right for you. We’ll ask you for your name, email address, tender and billing address, and phone number. Then check the recurring subscription box that allows us to bill your card each month, and you’re almost ready to wash! We’ll send you an email confirmation with the location nearest you to have your RFID tag affixed to your vehicle, which will be scanned each time you’re ready for a wash. You will need to sign up for a separate account and get a separate RFID tag for vehicle you enroll.

Choose Your Service. You can choose from four levels of service.

  1. CLEAN: our basic exterior wash
  2. GUARD: our basic wash with undercarriage wash and underbody protectant
  3. ALL WEATHER: includes guard wash with undercarriage wash and underbody protectant, and adds wheel cleaning and weather shield
  4. SHOWROOM: the works! Everything in our ALL WEATHER package plus a tire shine and hot wax.

How it Works. Once you’ve registered your vehicle, selected your plan, and visited a participating location to pick up your RFID tag, a helpful WetGo team member will affix the RFID tag to your windshield, and you’re all set. Now, visit any GetGo WetGo car wash location as much as you like! Each time you go through, we’ll track your service and you can manage your Plan online be accessing your Account.

Adding or Substituting Vehicles. Get a new vehicle? Just drive in to any WetGo and we’ll change to your new vehicle. Sorry, two vehicles may not share a subscription. Come on in and we’ll give you a new RFID tag!

Recurring Billing. You are signing up for a subscription, which includes recurring billing. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree to sign an Automated Clearing House authorization (the “Authorization)” which will allow Giant Eagle, Inc or any of its affiliates and subsidiaries to effectuate this recurring payment by making automatic and scheduled debits upon the account you provide there. This Authorization shall describe (1) that the payment is recurring; (2) the amount to be charged, either based on your current subscription, or within a range established therein; (3) the timing and frequency of such recurring payments; (4) your name or identity; (5) the date the authorization; and (6) how you can revoke such authorization. Each month, on the same day your subscription began, your tender will be charged based upon the current Plan you have selected, and we will continue to bill you until you tell us to stop. If your subscription began on the 31st of the month, you will be charged on the last day of any month that contains fewer than 30 days. Additionally, if your subscription payment date is typically the 29th, 30th, or 31st of the month, and February does not contain such date, then your February bill will be charged on the last day of February.

Cancel Any Time. You may cancel your subscription at any time up to 24 hours before your scheduled billing day, and your card won’t be charged for the next month. Just log in to your account at least 24 hours before your scheduled billing day and follow the directions to cancel your subscription. Any special terms and conditions applicable to you, including “grandfathered” pricing will extinguish. You will not be entitled to any prorated refund, but you will still be able to use your Subscription until the end of the current billing period. If you’d like to re-enroll, you can do so at any time, with the understanding that you are enrolling under the terms and conditions currently valid at the time of re-enrollment.

Changing Plans. You may change your Plan any time during the month, up to 24 hours before your scheduled billing day. You will be billed for the new Plan as of the renewal date and will receive Service according to the new Plan immediately. It’s that easy. If you change plans in the middle of the month, you will be charged a prorated amount only if you upgrade your subscription. If you downgrade your subscription, you will not get any prorated refund, so you should schedule any downgrade as close to the end of your billing cycle as possible.

Lost, Unusable, or Stolen RFID tags. Please contact our Giant Eagle Customer Service Department at 1-800-553-2324 Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. Eastern or email WetGo at WetGo@gianteagle.com immediately if you are no longer in possession of your RFID tag or if your RFID tag is no longer working, so that it can be deactivated and you can be issued a new RFID tag. WetGo cannot be responsible for use of the RFID tag by third parties. If you cancel your subscription, you can remove your tag (in which case it will no longer function) or keep it affixed to your car and have it reactivated whenever you’re ready to re-enroll.

Email Notifications. You will receive the following email Communications about your account:

  • New Subscription: A confirmation email will be sent with your newly created Unlimited account number along with instructions for you to go to a participating WetGo location to obtain their Unlimited tag.
  • Reset Your Password: If you need a link to reset your account password.
  • Cancellation: If you cancel your account, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
  • Subscription Change Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email if you make an upgrade or downgrade to your Plan.
  • Payment failure: If your payment method is declined, we will send you up to three emails to inform you of the payment failure, the deactivation of your account and to remind you to update your payment information.
  • Update your Billing Information: If your payment method is about to expire, we will send you up to three emails to let you know that your payment method is about to expire and to update your payment method in your account to prevent any lapse in your subscription.
  • Survey after first month of WetGo Unlimited: We may send you a survey sometime after signup or upon cancelation for feedback.
  • Subscription re-activation: If you cancel your plan, you can reactivate your account by logging into their profile page and choosing the option to reactivate. Upon reactivation, you will receive a confirmation email about the account reactivation and instructions on how to get a new tag if your old tag has been removed.

Fuelperks+ Program: You will not receive perks based on the cost of your Plan subscription or any add ons.

Other Terms. The WetGo subscription Program is provided “as is,” and we may terminate the entire program or any particular location at any time.

We make commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate all major vehicle types, but some vehicles may not be eligible for all car wash locations. Please see www.getgocafe.com/store-locator for participating locations, and whether there are automobile restrictions. Please note that we reserve the right to open, close, terminate, and relocate locations at any time. WetGo cannot guarantee that any particular location will be open or available during the Subscription period.

This is a recurring subscription and you will be charged monthly unless and until you cancel. Your billing information will appear in your account, and no other notification of charges will be provided unless the date of the charge changes, or the price of your Plan increases, in which case WetGo or Giant Eagle, Inc as the case may be will provide the notice as indicated under the Authorization prior to payment being collected, and will send this information to the email address or mailing address associated with your account. If there is a price increase, and you do not cancel before the next payment is collected, you will continue to be enrolled in the Plan and charged the higher price.

If payment is declined for any reason and you do not update your payment information], your account will be deactivated until you update your information with a valid card.

We may terminate your Subscription if we reasonably believe you are in violation of these terms, or attempting to tamper with the fair operation of this Program. Any tampering of the RFID tag, attempts to game the Subscription by attempting to wash more than one vehicle, or any other misconduct will result in your Subscription being voided and all monies forfeited. WetGo reserves the right to suspend car wash privileges, to modify or cancel Membership or to terminate the Program at any time without notice.

Your Subscription cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, prepaid washes, or gift cards and you will not receive perks in our Fuelperks+ program for the monthly cost of your subscription or any add ons. WetGo makes commercially reasonable efforts to operate during posted business hours, but reserves the right to close car washes due to inclement weather, holidays, equipment maintenance, and facility upgrades. WetGo reserves the right to limit participation to certain locations or to certain operating hours of the day.

In addition to any commercial email message you may receive from us (and for which you can opt out by following the instructions contained in any email message, WetGo and/or its affiliated companies, including Giant Eagle, Market District, and GetGo (“we”) may need to provide you with certain non-commercial communications, notices, agreements, billing statements, or disclosures in writing (“Communications”) regarding your Subscription or about other products or services. Providing your email address and accepting these terms and conditions confirms your ability and consent to receive Communications electronically, rather than in paper form. Even if you have opted out of receiving commercial communications, you may still receive Communications pertaining to your Account. You have the right to receive any Communication in paper form. To request a paper copy of any Communication at no charge, please write to us at 45 McIntyre Square Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15237, Attention: GetGo Cafe + Market, WetGo Unlimited, specifying the Communication you would like to receive. You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications at any time, by writing to us at the address above.

The information we collect is viewable by logging in to your account. We use this information to manage your Account and consistent with our Privacy Policy, located at https://account.gianteagle.com/PrivacyPolicy.
